Louisa Britten – Pre-school Manager (Level 6)
Safeguarding Lead and Early Years SENCO.
Lou began working for HVP in 2018, although she has been connected to pre-school since 2001 when the first of her 5 children came through the doors. Lou took over as Manager in April 2023 after being in the Supervisor/Senco role for the last 5 years. Lou is committed to her role, working to support the needs of children and their families within the local communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and partner, she also likes baking and exploring the great outdoors visiting different places around the county.
Leanne Williams - Early Years Practitioner ( Level 3)

I began working at Hamble Village Playschool in 2021 as an Early Years Practitioner. In December 2024 I was promoted to Senior Room Leader and Two Year Old Lead, I’m very committed to my role, working hard to support both children and staff. My favourite part about working with children is seeing them develop new skills and building their confidence. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and going on outings.
Ana Evans - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
I started with Hamble Village Playschool in 2023 as an apprentice and went on to completed my Level 3 Childcare Diploma December 2024. I previously worked as a childminder in the village for 7 years. For me, the best part of working in childcare is watching children learn and develop their personalities through play. Jess Mildenhall - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
I began my journey at Hamble Village Playschool in 2022 as a student on placement school. I qualified as a level 3 practitioner in September 2025. I enjoy my job as it allows me to see children grow and develop new skills every day, making it the most rewarding job ever! Getting to know the children and helping to build their confidence is so heartwarming, knowing my practice is setting them up for the best future possible. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family going on outings and playing darts.
Rhiannon Webb - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
I started at Hamble Village Playschool in April 2024. I have 2 young boys, and I enjoy spending my free time with my family. I am currently studying for my BA honours in Early Childhood, Level 6. I enjoy studying and furthering my education, I’m able provide the most up to date information around the care and the education of children to support our setting. I enjoy working closely with SEND and working in partnership with parents, to get the desired outcome for every child I work with.
Kimbaley Nicholas - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
I began working at Hamble Village Playschool in January 2025 and adore the job I do. I enjoy learning, and I am currently completing my level 3 childcare qualification, which I have gained so much knowledge from, and I will share this within my practice. Working with children and getting to know the children is such a rewarding job. I absolutely love watching them grow, learn, and then transition up to year R is special to me. Outside of work, I spend time with my loved ones, make memories, and enjoy life.
